Handling Returns

Are you experiencing problems with Wrumer? Please refer to the Troubleshooting Guide

We're sure you'll love Wrumer. However, if you unpack it and find out that it somehow doesn’t meet your expectations and isn't right for you, you can return the product and get a refund.

🌍 Are you outside of the EU and shipping the item back would cost more than the item is worth?

In that case, you don't need to send the device back. We can make an excepting and refund you 60% of the full value of your order excluding shipping costs. If that's the option you want to go with email us at support@wrumersound.com and we will issue a refund for you.

🇪🇺 Are you inside the EU?

If you are from inside the EU and wish to return the product you need to send it back to our fulfillment center. We will refund you 100% of the full value of the product excluding shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return should be made within 30 days after you have received the product.

To return the product you should ship it to:

You should also include a piece of paper inside with your order number, for example:

Return for WrumerSound (Besistem d.o.o.)

Order number #9999(Your order number)

⚠️ Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Once you have shipped the product let us know by sending us an email with your order number informing us about the return. This will enable us to know when to expect it at the fulfillment center.

We will issue the refund once the product arrives at our fulfillment center.

Depending on the original payment it may take a few weeks to see the refund on your account.
